Returns Policy

Here at loveyourhomeforless.com we are happy to offer our customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided the item is a standard product where no individual finish options have been specified, you may return or exchange the goods.

As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 7 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to formally advise this.

The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and will exclude any delivery costs. Please note that refunds are normally done within 10 working days but these can take up to 30 days due to our payment gateway provider refund policy.

Our free returns policy on sofas is applicable to standard fabrics only. Returns are not possible for orders placed in connection with any public or trade exhibition that we may have as non standard fabrics are promoted and sold as bespoke.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at shop@loveyourhomeforless.com or phone us on +44 (0)1483 410 007. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for collecting the damaged/faulty goods and sending you a replacement.

Please note, it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item. Our courier will make the collection and upon inspection at our warehouse a refund or replacement sent at our expense will be arranged.
